We're very sorry, but the demand for the new PGR Teddy Bears far exceeded our expectations. We sold out very quickly, and have already placed a new order. The shipment should be in within a week.
Please place your order now and we will ship your free patch and the Teddy Bears as soon as we get them in.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

We're live!. Last Wednesday evening, I set the PGR Store button on the main PGR site to point here. It's important to note, that the goal is that clicking that button on the main PGR site will be the only way to access the store. We may have glitches occasionally that allow other methods, but if a member reports a problem, we are likely to make that the very first question "Are you accessing the PGR store by selecting the PGR Store button on the main site?". The reason is that is the only way we know that the member is properly logged in, and information properly transferred (and synchronized) from the main site.
We'd like to think that this transition is going to go totally glitch free, but we know better. There are going to be issues. As a matter of fact, we've already identified some small problems (see below); but we ask that you bear with us. We'll get them ironed out, and in return, our members have a better, more responsive, easier to use PGR store.
The primary issues we've identified that can cause problems with synchronizing member data from the PGR site to the store involve the user profile on the PGR site. If you're experiencing problems, please ensure the following fields are filled out on your PGR profile:
- Home Address is required, and should only have street address (do not use city, state, zip - these make it too long)
- Home Phone is required, members may use their cell if they wish, but the Home Phone field must be filled out
- Country is required, must be only two characters, and must be upper case (like US)
There are likely to be other problems that we haven't identified yet. There will be inventory issues where the inventory levels did not transfer over, or items discontinued in the old site that did not get marked as such on the new. There will also be a lot of misspellings in the names and descriptions of the products. We ask that you be patient with us as we iron out the issues. We are confident that they will be ironed out, and believe you will have a better PGR store once they are.
Please keep watching these announcements. The staff for the store are putting together some specials and some new product announcements to celebrate the change, and we'll be posting those soon.
If you have any questions in general, or any problems, please contact us at store@patriotguard.org.

One of the goals we had for the new site was to more tightly integrate the store site to the main site. The way we are accomplishing this is through a combination of XML tools and Javascript programming that basically forces the user to login to the store by using a link from the main site. That link then synchronizes the user data between the two sites, and prompts the member to reconcile any differences. No more separate login (that the member sees) and no more disparate ID and password.
If you're seeing this before our "GoLive" date (March 15, 2016) then you're a part of that test, and we thank you. If you're seeing it after that date, it means their testing went well.
If you have any questions or comments, please let us know at store@patriotguard.org
