PGR Store Login Help
Members Only Access
Access to PGR Gear (patches, pins, and apparel that bear PGR trademarks or logos) is limited to PGR Members. Members must initially set up their PGR Store profile by logging in to the main PGR site (www.patriotguard.org) using the member's PGR credentials. Members log in to the main PGR site (www.patriotguard.org), and click the PGR Store button in the navigation bar, then the PGR Gear Store dropdown option, which takes the member to the PGR Store.

Upon the first access to the store, a user Profile is created on the store side. That user ID is then automatically synchronized with the main PGR Member ID Information. This is all done in the background with no user intervention, except there are certain fields in the PGR member profile that must be filled in before the data will synchronize. Some of these fields are not required by the main PGR site, but are required by the store site.
Required Profile Fields
There are Profile fields that are required in the Store Database to create (and maintain) the store ID. Some of these fields may not be required by the main PGR site, but will have to be completed to access the store. This guide will walk the member through those needed fields.
Accessing the Member Profile
To edit the member profile, the member should first log in the main PGR site (www.patriotguard.org), then click the Settings link immediately below and to the left of the member ID in the top right corner (see 1 - Settings in the image below)

The member then scrolls slightly down and selects the Edit Profile link in the My Settings section on the left (2 - Edit Profile).
Required Fields
The following screen will appear, with the marked fields below being Required.

Special Note:
After filling in these fields, the member should scroll down to the bottom third of the profile page, and fill in those required fields.
Special Note:
- The Street Address field should only contain your house (or apartment) number and a street name. Putting additional information such as city and state on that line may make it too long, and the Store may reject it.
After filling in all required information, the member should click the Save Change button.

Accessing the PGR Gear Store
If all of the required information is saved as directed, the user can now access the PGR Store. The member should click the PGR Store button in the navigation bar, then the PGR Gear Button:

The information from the main PGR site will automatically be used to create a new member ID in the PGR store. This is done in the background with no intevention by the user.
Special Note: Clicking the link may take up to a minute to create the user ID in the store. Please do not click the button a second time. Wait until either you are taken to the PGR store, or an error message is displayed. Failure to do so may result in multiple user IDs being created. If you feel the process hasn't worked, and need to start over, first click the Home button in the navigation bar, then try the process again.

Changing the PGR Store Password
Once you have created your PGR Store profile from the main PGR website, you can set a password so you can log in directly to the store in the future
In the upper right corner of the PGR Store website, click on your name to access the drop down menu, and select My Account/Reorder

On the Edit Contact Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page. You can set (or reset) your password. Save the profile, and you can use your password to log in directly to the PGR Store.

On subsequent visits, you can access PGR Gear by selecting the PGR Members login, and entering your email and password.

Special Note:When accessing the PGR Store from the main PGR site, the only credentials needed are your PGR username and password for the main PGR site.

Special Gear Store Access ("Captain's Store")
If you are a Ride Captain, State Captain, or National Staff member, there are "targeted" gear items exclusive for those leadership roles. To properly set your access for those items, you should access the PGR Store by using the main PGR site at least once. After accessing the PGR Store through the main website, your access will be set according to your settings on the main site.
If you qualify for one of those categories, to gain access to those items you must show as a member of that group in the main PGR web site. If you do not show as a member of that group, contact your State Captain to send an email to accounts@patriotguard.org to let the accounts team know of your status..
If you do not show as a member of the needed group, follow the process outlined in the Special Note: chart below.
Special Note: There is a very specific process for verifying leadership roles, and the store staff have no arbitrary judgement option on the process. If your status on the on the main PGR site does not indicate eligibility for access, special access will not be granted. You must contact the appropriate PGR Leadership and request the main site be updated. Follows is a guide on who to contact:
Access Level | Contact | Notes |
Ride Captain |
Appropriate State Captain |
The request must be from the State Captain. In some states, you may need to contact your Deputy State Captain, who will then contact the State Captain |
State Captain/Deputy State Captain |
The PGR VP of Captains |
|
National Staff |
The PGR VP of Operations |
|
If you have any questions on this process, or any problems, please feel free to contact the accounts team at accounts@patriotguard.org
