Shipping & Handling
Please allow up to 5 business days for standard order processing. All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise specified via phone, and as always there will be free shipping on orders above $100.
If your order contains any personalized items, there will be additional time required to prepare your order. Please see the notice below the order concerning the additional shipping time.
It is the responsibility of the individual Rider to keep all information current on their Member Profile. When an order is placed the Rider receives an email detailing what was purchased and where it is being shipped to. This is the Rider's last chance to verify that everything on the order is correct. Orders that are returned to the PGR Store for a incorrect address will be charged as second shipping fee when resent.
PGR Lost/stolen Package Policy
If the shipping tracking number says a package has been delivered but you have not received your order, please notify us at customerservice@pgrstore.org or 630-340-5156. The following additional steps must be taken:
- Please check with anyone else who receives mail at the shipping address. If possible, talk to your delivery person to see where they delivered the package. This often solves the missing package issue. We also ask that you check with your neighbors to see if they might have received it.
- We will wait 2 business days for the package to show up from a delayed delivery, neighbor or other person who may have received it.
- If the package still hasn’t arrived, you will need to file an online help request with the US Post Office. If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 days, you will need to file a Missing Mail Search Request. If the Post Office cannot find your package, or it cannot be delivered due to damage, upon presentation of evidence the preceding steps have been taken we will reship the order to you.
International Shipping
The Patriot Guard Riders Store is proud to support our fellow Patriots outside the USA. Unfortunately we utilize the United States Postal Service to keep those costs to a minimum. For all purchases that will ship outside the United States, please email us at Store@PatriotGuard.org for the shipping rate prior to placing the order. This policy DOES NOT apply to the men and women of our Armed Forces who receive their mail at APO/FPO addresses.
