Patriot Guard Riders Return Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund:

  • Returns must first be approved by the Patriot Guard Riders Store in writing prior to being sent back.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Clothing articles must not have been worn, washed, dried, or stained in any way.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.
  • Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
  • All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the member.

Return Restrictions:

  • Custom designed/printed products (such as State name, members name, ride name, patches, embroidered, etc.) are not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless the Store has made an error in production. Incorrect sizing is not a criteria for returning a product. The PGR Store is not responsible for size variation from manufacturers.
